I was designed by a friend of mine who has been selling them for years. In fact, the neckerchief pictured was given to me by my parents at my Eagle Court of Honor. It comes with the Eagle Scouts name, Troop #, and the Year of his Board of Review (My eagle court was in 1995, but my Eagle Board of Review was in 1994.)
